No, we do not require a contract.
How often do you visit a property?
Normally we visit a property once a week but in the case where a customer has a large number of dogs it's normally requested that we clean the property 2 times a week.  In any case we will custom design a program based on the needs of our customers.
What happens during the Holidays or during inclement weather?
Considering that most people want to be with their loved ones during the Holiday we are dedicated to completing the waste removal 1 day in advance of the holiday.  As far as inclement weather is concerned we work everyday provided the streets are open.  If we feel it's unsafe to drive on a particular street we will follow up the following day or two and clean the yard.
Do I need to leave the gate unlocked?
Yes, unless you give us a key or someone opens the gate when we arrive.
Can we leave the dogs outside while you're scooping?
Yes, providing your dogs are somewhat friendly.  We love your animals and look forward to meeting them.
Is there an extra charge for the first time clean up?
If the location or yard does not have a significant accumulation of waste of more then a week then an initial clean up charge will be waived.  However, if the waste has not been cleaned up for 2 or more weeks then it will be likely that an initial fee will be charged.  Fees depend on the accumulation and amount of work.
How do I pay for the service?
We send you an invoice around the first week of the billing month that should be paid no later than the end of the month.  You have the option to mail your payment using the enclosed envelope or you can pay it utilizing your online payment services with your bank.
What do you do with the waste?
We deep fry it and sell it to tourist.  Sorry, I couldn't help myself.  We remove the waste from the customer's premises and dispose of it via Silver State disposal service.
What happens if I want to skip service for a week or two will I get charged?
There are a couple of different scenarios:
You will not be charged provided you call Bob's at least a couple of days in advance, and during the time of stoppage the Dog's are also gone.  Example:  If you go on vacation and you are going to board your dogs or take them with you then we should see very little waste.
If you are skipping the service and the dogs are expected to be using the back yard like normal, we would charge for that week but if it's two or more weeks we would charge for this cleanup.
What happens if you come to clean the yard and I forget to unlock the gate?
Our business is removing dog waste from your yard.  If you forget to unlock the gate or you leave a dog outside that's normally inside due to the disposition of the dog, you would still be charged for the visit.  (Note) we would knock on the door and if no one answers we will try and call your home or office phone.  Depending on the house and location we may we able to re-visit the property later in the day or week.
What do you mean by Satisfaction Guaranteed?
We guarantee that you will be satisfied with our service or you don't pay.  What we do is ask that you inform us right a way if you have an issue and give us the opportunity to resolve the issue immediately.  If you are not 100% satisfied we will credit your account.
Keep in mind that if the yard is not kept up such as tall grass, weeds and or obstacles we can not be held responsible for missing feces.  We will however give it our best effort in locating the feces.
Do you have a one time clean up service?
Yes!  Just call us and let us know the address of the property you would like us to clean or send us a request through via email.  We will get back with you as to the cost and the day we can perform the work.
